UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Changes made to our Terms and Conditions are based on recommendations from Fire Rescue Victoria to comply with the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Moveable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2020.
These changes include A frames of caravans to be facing the road to provide the quickest possible exit in the case of evacuation, as well as a clearance of 1200m from vegetation and 2000mm from buildings to reduce fire connectivity in the case of an emergency.

Restoring and protecting the coastal environment is the primary goal in managing our foreshore. We do this by re-vegetating areas that need it most and intensive weed management.
